Laser Lipo FAQs

How does it work? - During Laser Lipo,  the fat cells open and close, they release fatty acids, water, and glycerol. It's just like when you exercise, only the LED light is causing this process instead of hormones from the exercise.

What is involved? - Treatments are 15-30 minutes long.  You relax in a comfortable position while a trained Laser Lipo technician places up to 16 LED paddles and 4 smaller LED paddles to the target areas.  After your session, you spend 10 minutes on our vibrating platform for exercise and lymphatic drainage.

Where does the fat go? - That fat can be burned as energy in the body, or through normal metabolic processing- just like when you exercise and release fat.

Is Laser Lipo safe? -Yes, LED treatments are completely non-invasive. Laser Lipo's low-level LED technology has been studied and used for over 30 years for many biomedical purposes.  It is FDA Approved for pain and inflammation and it can be used for fat loss.

Can it burn me? -No, there is hardly any feeling at all, other than a slight warming sensation.

How many times do I need it? - At the least, 12 treatments are recommended.  The amount of treatments required to see the results you expect may vary, depending on the target area.  Other major factors included your starting weight and BMI, as well as your compliance with the dietary and exercise recommendations of the program.

When/How often can I do it? - Once treatment begins, it is recommended at least once a week until your program is completed.  However, for maximum results, you should do treatment three days per week.  You cannot exceed the amount per week because there must be 48 hours in between each treatment, without exception. I f you can attaend 3 sessions a week, you will see results much faster.

How quickly will I see results?  - Expect to see results after roughly 6 treatments.  This may vary depending on your particular size and the area that is being treated.

Do I have to do other things?  -The results will be greater if you increase exercise and improve diet.  We have other weight loss options, like appetite suppressants and nutritional counseling if you would like some direction or further education and information on improving your health.

What do you do to keep it off? -Normal things you need to keep weight off- diet and exercise, drinking water, etc.  But, the most important things are both aerobic and resistance exercise.  Consistenly done, these forms of exercise will allow you to maintain your Laser Lipo results with the greatest consistency.

What kind of results are produced?  -3.5 - 7 inches AVERAGE- the most lost in 12 treatments is 23 inches!

People who make minor lifestyle changes are on thehighter end of the average, and those who don't are on the lower end.  Ask us about our many weight loss and health improvement programs if you'd like to learn more about amplifying your Laser Lipo treatment.
