Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
This pain relief technique incorporates various tissue manipulation techniques and trigger point therapy. The massage therapist uses the neuromuscular system to help balance and normalize muscle function to reduce the pain response. NMT will allow for increased Range of Motion, stabilize muscles and helps with balance.
Myofascial Massage Therapy
​Myofascial release is stretching, releasing and realigning the fascia (tissue under the dermis) We slowly work the layers of tissue, until warm then free the constriction and blockages in your body's connective tissue.
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep Tissue massage is a creative massage that can be relaxing or invigorating and is individualized to each client's needs. This type of massage uses long deep strokes and triggers points to release tight muscles and adhesions. Deep Tissue massage helps to relieve pain and discomfort throughout the body.
